52 adults and 12 children were hospitalized after poisoning in Ulan-Ude

133 visitor cafe “Solanda” in Ulan-Ude went to doctors with symptoms of poisoning.

On Sunday, January 14,reported in the Ministry of interior in Buryatia. “According to the morning of January 14 for medical aid with symptoms of poisoning were treated 133 persons, 64 of them were hospitalized,” — said the Agency interlocutor. He added that among the 12 hospitalized children.

Patients undergoing in Republican clinical infectious diseases hospital, their condition is estimated as moderate severity. It is noted that some cases diagnosed as salmonellosis.

People with symptoms of intestinal infection began to come to the hospital at the end of the working week. According to the regional Department of Rospotrebnadzor, the victims from 8 to 11 January, visited the cafe “Solanda” in the centre of Ulan-Ude in the Soviet area.

Now the work of cafe suspended, being an epidemiological investigation.
