Cream chocolate for home cake: recipe

6% (0.5 l);- cocoa powder (50 grams);- icing sugar (75 g);- butter (25g);- potato starch (75 g);- salt pinch;- vanillin (1 pinch).

Pour into an enamel pan of milk (300 ml) and place the butter, icing sugar, cocoa powder and a small amount of salt (preferably finely ground so that salt crystals dissolve faster). Put the dishes on a slow fire, constantly stirring its contents with a wooden spoon, bring the cream to a boil. Boil it for 2-3 minutes.

In the remaining Cup of cold milk dissolve the potato starch and carefully stir to avoid lumps. Carefully, a thin stream pour the mixture into the hot sweet milk with cocoa and butter and hold mass at a low heat until it thickens (this happens about 2-3 minutes after boiling). Do not forget to constantly stir the cream, otherwise it will burn. Ready treat remove from heat, add the vanilla and let cool at room temperature. Then chill the cream in the refrigerator compartment and brush over the cake.

Custard chocolate in a microwave oven

Thanks to the advent of the modern kitchens microwaves a simple custard of chocolate you can prepare in just 5 minutes. For this recipe you will need:

– the milk fat content of 4 or 6% (1 Cup) – egg (1 PC.); – sifted wheat flour (1,5 tablespoons); lumpy or tile dark chocolate (30 grams);- icing sugar (1,5 tablespoons).

Mash the egg with the icing sugar and flour until smooth. Stir in the milk and mix everything carefully. The substance is put in a special heatproof bowl and place in microwave oven on maximum power. After a minute, remove the dishes, shake its contents with a whisk or fork and put in the microwave for 1 minute.

Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater, add the cream and soak the treats in the oven another minute. After this thickened chocolate ones the last time, if necessary, pass through a sieve and use for promazyvanija layers of the cake and its decorations.
